A seminar on good parenting and a healthy diet was organized at Darshan Academy, Amritsar, on May 23, 2023. The chief guest was Ms. Riddhi Khanna, a reputed dietitian. Parents were told about the role of a balanced diet in children’s physical and mental development. She encouraged students and parents to avoid phones and television watching while eating. Ms. Khanna also emphasized that children’s diets should include nutritious food. Parents expressed gratitude to Ms. Riddhi Khanna, Principal Mr. Sandeep Rai and Coordinator Ms. Vani Khanna.
